These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DeadshotHack website and any related waitlist, communications, or software (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. The Service

DeadshotHack is currently in development and offered on a waitlist basis. No software is available for download at this time. Features described on this site are planned and may change, be delayed, or be cancelled without notice. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.

3. No Affiliation

DeadshotHack is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by deadshot.io or its operators. All trademarks and game content belong to their respective owners.

4. Acceptable Use and Assumption of Risk

Any software offered in the future is provided for personal use. Using third-party modifications with an online game may violate that game's own terms of service and could result in penalties including account suspension or bans. You use the Service, and any software it may provide, entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for your conduct and for complying with any applicable rules, terms, and laws.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeadshotHack and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Email and Privacy

If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you provide and basic technical information such as your IP address for security and abuse prevention. We use your email solely to notify you about DeadshotHack. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email we send, and we will delete your record.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
